Hey, whoa, Stop!

"He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His trust shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. If you have not noticed lately the world is in such turmoil, fighting, rumors of wars, things that should not have been passed by congress getting passed, drugs on the rampage, teenage pregnancy on the rise and a whole lot more.

Environmental nightmare, global warming, natural disasters on the rise, crime, hate, economic strife, alcoholism, wars, starvation, aids, west nile virus, killer bees.

Pretty crazy place that we are living in today.

We are running on a treadmill that just keeps getting faster and faster.

Changes are happening.

Have they got your attention yet?

Guess what?

There is someone who has gotten worse press, a really bad rap, all these years.

Most of us are even afraid to mention His name, because of all the religious dogma that comes with it.

Ya know what I say, Phoey - we need to stand up for what we believe in and whom we believe.

He died and rose again.

He did not completely leave us... He sent his comforter..

"Neverthe less I tell you the truth: It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you." John 16:7

So why all the bad stuff?

Maybe it will all remain a mystery to us till the end.

Maybe we can't understand it all right now with our limited minds.

Maybe this is just as God had planned it!

You just have to put your trust in God as He knows what He is doing, and that nothing is s surprise to Him!
