How do you see God?
Do you go through life being grateful for what God has provided?
Are you a grumbler?
Are you angry at God?
Do you take God's love for granted?
Do you assume that just because you are a good person that nothing bad will happen to you?
Do you have simple faith?
Do you give Him honor?
Do you give Him praise?
Do you struggle to find God in your life?
Was God the reward at the end of a long and enduring search?
Do you give God the sacrifice of thanksgiving?
Paslm 30 is talking about the helper - the Lord!
Have you ever taken God's love for granted as this one did in this Psalm?
It is when we are going through troubles that we find a more profound understanding of God.
Do you feel as if your whole world has just collapsed?
Have you found yourself deathly ill, to the point of knocking on death's door?
Have youi tried to figure out why this is happening to you?
Have you ever cried out save my life for Your sake, not mine?
Have you ever felt the absence of God?
Tears only linger for a little while , but joy comes in the morning.
When we lose faith in a childish understanding of God; it is not the same as losing faith in God!
When we think we lose our faith through these stuggles, it will only come back deeper, and stronger than before.
God not only wants us to worship Him when things go smooth, but in the rough rocky road also.
God will give us the grace and determination to keep us even when it gets too rocky.
God did not promise that he will keep us from stumbling, but that He will be there to help us get up again no matter how many times we may stumble and fall.
When we do not give Him praise, or are being ungrateful ie: health, food, friends, sunshine , that next breath of air, finances, not matter what it is, in a sense we are already dead.
Most of us get mad at God if we get sick, or someone dies, something bad happens. Why?
God does not owe us anything, we owe Him everything!
Has the experience in which you have been through changed after you came out, or are you the very same person you were before the experience?
God wants us to learn to see HIm in places that we might not have had seen Him before.
Sometimes we must endure that pain that will shatter the old self, your worldly view, andwill give birth to a new self.
It is in that struggle that we find God, even deeper than before!
Let God's anger be that sharp pain that will turn you away from sin.
Don't get caught up in false security - God is the only One to depend upon!
When you depend upon God for your security, you won't get shaken when worldy things start to disappear.
God is righteous and loving and wants to deliver His people.
"Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O Lord, according unto thy word." Psalm 119:65
