Daily Walk with the Holy Spirit

Saturday, December 30, 2006

Are you being transformed?

"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." II Corinthians 3:18

What mighty works has God done for you this year?

Is there something that just stand out in your mind?

Have you let Him into your life this year?

Has that light that comes from Him been able to shine through you?

Have you a close relationship with Him this year?

Have you listened to the Word of God?

Did you follow through?

Did you know that having an intimate relationship with God is more than just having knowledge?

Knowledge is ok, but we are not to stop there.

It is when we have more than just that knowledge of Him, as we have that personal relationship with Him that we go from glory to glory.

Our personal relationship has become a revelation of His love.

As we listen to the Holy Spirit and follow His instructions we are changed.

When we say that we know His vast love, we must have first listened to the Holy Spirit for this can only come from Him.

Revelation will come from the heart to the head, and not from the head to the heart!

Revelation comes from the Holy Spirit.

We can only get revelation when we are having that intimate relationship with Him.

Revelation comes from being in His presence.

In His presence we learn to overcome, for we are overcomers!

In His presence there is fullness of Joy!

In His presence our faith will become stronger.

In His presence we will break through those barriers that have held us back.

In His presence there is no condemnation.

In His presence we will grow in every area of our life to a higher level of spirituality.

In His presence we are strengthening our faith.

Everything that we get from God takes faith!

So if you are a truly devoted Christian this next year purpose in your heart to have that close personal relationship with Him.

Let's give something back to our Creator!

Start by giving Him your time.

Start by reading and studying God's Word.

Spend time in prayer and fellowship with Him.

Don't always have an agenda, let God talk to you, as you quietly wait upon Him.

When you do these things on a regular basis your spirit man will get feed, and will start to crave more.

Let the Word of God change you from day to day, week to week, month to month.

Let the Word of God change you from glory to glory!

"In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself." [Isaiah 9:6] John 1:1 Amplified Bible

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:1 King James Version
