Are you living your dream?

"Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy and for thy truths sake." Psalm 115:1

"Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high. Who humbleth Himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth? He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;" Psalm 113:4-7

Do you have a dream that is hidden deep within your heart?

Did you have a dream as a child that got lost along the way?

Have you put other priorities above those than pursuing your dream?

Do your present circumstances make your dream seem out of the question?

What is holding you back?

Do you have a dream?

Most of the time your dream is something that you have always wanted to do, or what you thought that you would really be good at.

So what is it that you love to do the most?

What is it that you are really good at?

God gave each of us a dream.

Some of us choose to follow and embrace our dream, our destiny, but the majority of us do not follow our dream.

What kind of sacrifices would you have to make to follow your dream.

When you start to follow your dream, you are stepping out of your comfort zone.

Your comfort zone, that place of familiarity.

That place where you are the most comfortable.

That place where we feel safe.

The place where there is no danger, no uncertainty, and no discomfort.

The familiar zone where we know that we can succeed, look good and feel happy.

The comfort zone is a hard place to leave.

Sometimes our comfort zone can be a hindrance.

It can keep us from doing the very thing we most want to do.

It can keep us from that thing in which we were called to do.

Who knows what you will encounter as you take that first step out, that step of faith.

Remember Moses?

Moses was called to help bring the children out of Israel.

In order for Moses to fulfill his dream, he has to step out of his comfort zone.

"Come now therefore I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth My people the children of Israel out of Egypt.

And Moses said unto God, Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?
And He said, Certainly I will be with thee;" Exodus 3:10-12a

Could you see Moses standing there before the burning bush filling with fear, and inadequacy?

Could you tell in his voice that Moses felt unworthy?

Moses was called when he was younger, but he went about trying to help his people the wrong way.

Moses had committed a murder, then fled the scene of the crime.

Moses also felt unable to fulfill what God had for him to do.

"And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue." Exodus 4:10

Do you think that Moses was feeling reluctant?

What kind of fears do you think were going through his head?

"And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? Or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing or the blind? Have not I the Lord? Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say." Exodus 4:11-12

Moses was chosen and gifted for his mission.

The best part of all God said that He would go with him.

Did you know that our success doesn't rely oe depend on us?

God's character is in each of us.

Our dream is within us.

Have you lost track of that dream in which you were born with?

"Your eyes saw my unformed substance, an in your book all the days [of my life] were written before ever they took shape, when as yet there was none of them." Psalm 139:16 Amplified Bible

God has given us an opportunity to discover the dream which He has put in your heart.

Whatever you feel is true or not true about you know that You were created to be someone special!

Some of us have embraced our dream.

Some of us have taken that first step out of our comfort zone.

We were excited about pursuing after our dream.

Then all the sudden we ran into a huge obstacle.

It happens to all of us at some point.

We all run into that wall of fear.

Fear, that thing that left us standing in our tracks.

As we stand there we begin to wonder if we are doing right.

If we are doing right, then why do we feel so uncomfortable?

Why are we anxious, full of fear, full of doubt?

Why are we feeling weak and incompetent, and sick?

It is cause you stepped out of your comfort zone.

You stepped out of you familiar box into the unknown.

Don't let your feelings put you right back in that box.

You can overcome them!

You can get past the fear, the rejection, the uneasiness.

Don't let fear of the unknown keep you from your dream.

Fear is a natural human response to that thing which we think is a threat.

"For God hath not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." II Timothy 1:7

God asks us to be strong and be of courage.

"Be strong and of good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: For Thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee." Deuteronomy 31:6

Ok, so what is courage?

Courage is not the absence of fear, but choosing to act in spite of fear.

When you act in courage, you will find out that fear can not stop you.

When you act in courage those thing that you thought were you limits are now you starting place.

If you are struggling don't worry.

Generally, if you are struggling you are doing something right.

The only way to reach your dream is to act.

Ya know, that if you are waiting till you feel worthy you may never begin your journey.

We are not worthy and will never feel worthy.

"I am not worthy of the least of all my mercies, and of all truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant;" Genesis 32:10a

If you continue to sit and wait until you feel worthy, you will never live your dream.

"But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise, and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty." I Corinthians 1:27

God is accessible to all people.

God wants to know if you really want His gift.

God wants to know if you want His dream working in your life.

Are you going to retreat from that future you really want?

Are you going to settle for less?

Are you going to go on that journey of a life time?

Are you going to embrace what God has put in your heart?

Are you going to be and do what you were created for?
