The power of praise

"For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone. Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name. I will praise thee, O Lord my God, will all my heart; and I will glorify thy name for evermore." Psalm 86:10-12

Is your life filled with praise and worship?

Is there some reason why you have not praised Him?

Did you know that there is power in the life of one that is dedicated to praising God.

When we choose to praise Him in all things and at all times, God is able to do amazing things.

There are too many so called Christians out there who resist, rebel and complain.

They have let their thoughts become polluted.

Stinkin thinkin.

Thoughts filled with doubt and despair, fear, and anxiety.

When we think like this we forfeit God's power, and presence in our lives.

We were created to worship Him.

"Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." Revelation 4:11

Do you want to experience true satisfaction in your life?

Do you know what you must do?

The simplest of all things....the only thing that you can do.

Die to self and live for God.

"[I assure you] by the pride which I have in you in [your fellowship and union with] Christ Jesus our Lord, that I die daily [I face death everyday and die to self].

We live in a selfish and self absorbed culture.

We have too much.

Why do we look for those things that make us feel good?

It is not more stiff that makes us happy.

The more stuff that we have the more we want.

We have taken our eyes off that One thing that can make us happy.

Jesus.

We have lost our focus.

We have turned to self gratification, self indulgence, self contentment.

Why?

Things things are only but for a moments pleasure.

God's satisfaction is for all eternity.

We need to stop looking for things to give us happiness and satisfaction.

It is only when we decide to give up that search and turn it all over to Him that you will find what you have been looking for all the time.

Have you tasted enough of this world's offerings?

Are you hungry for more?

When you die to self only then will you truly be happy.

Just start thanking Him for the struggle in you life that has brought you this way.

There is incredible power, happiness that comes from a life of praising Him.

Chose to start praising God, and watch what amazing things will happen in your life.

Praise God faithfully, praise Him for all things and at all times.

"I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most high." Psalm 9:1-2
