You can't fool God.

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are past away; behold, all things are become new." II Corinthians 5:17

Have you acknowledged the existence of your sinful fallen condition before a Holy God?

Have you turned from your sin, letting go of that old lifestyle?

Have you given your life totally to Jesus Christ and Him alone?

Can you really say from your heart that He is your only reason for living?

Has He become the very reason for life itself?

Has He become to you everything that you love and long for?

Have you been transformed by the power of the gospel?

Is your name in the book of life?

Did you know that just because someone says that it is there does not always confirm that it is there.

Just because someone says that you know the Lord, like your pastor, or your mom or your friends does not mean that you really do.

No one can fool God.

He knows all.

Your name is not in the book of life cause you say that it is there.

You must know the Lord on an intimate level.

One will truly know the Lord when their life, their behavior, their actions and attitudes confirm that change.

There are no perfect people reading this, or even I by writing this.

We must be a people of change, who are changing day by day.

Life is very simple, it is us who make it complex.

Sure, the enemy is more powerful than we are, but Jesus is more powerful than the enemy.

We should not give place to the enemy.

We should have testimonies like...
I'm submitted to my partner...
I don't talk to my spouse the way I used to...
I don't continually yell at whoever when I get mad....
I don't go where I used to go...
I don't go looking for things that give me pleasure...
I don't do that something that made me feel guilty and ashamed...
I don't have to take a drink to take the edge off...
I don't have to use a certain substance to calm my nerves...

What ever it is you can fill in the blank.....

Our life should support our testimonies.

I don't have a testimony!

Yes, we all have one.

We all go through tests, this is how we get our testimonies.

When we are in Christ, there is no edge.

When we are in Christ there is only freedom.

Jesus has given us that freedom from whatever bondage that used to enslave us.

We are free in Jesus Christ!

Things do not always work out as smoothly as we think, but don't give up.

If you are truly in Christ, the power of sin and bondage has been broken off, and we start changing day by day.

We are changing each day, could be the language you use, your thoughts will change, your priorities are different and better, and your purpose will be that which is beyond yourself.

Just remember you can't play games and fool God.

So, I ask you again is your name in the Lamb's book of Life?

"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:15

The reality of hell is real for any person who passes from this life not knowing Jesus Christ.

If He is not your pearl of great price He can be.

"Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth a field. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant man, seeking godly pearls: Who when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it." Matthew 13:44-46

Won't you come to Christ as your treasure?

Do you have that new life in Christ?

Have you had an experience with God?

If you have never, had that experience it is oh so easy.

All one has to do is pray from your heart, and confess with your mouth.

You don't even have to follow a big long prayer, let the word come straight from your heart.

Tell Him you know that you are a sinner, and on your own your headed for destruction.

If you truly believe that Jesus died for your sins, and that He rose again tell Him.

Tell Him that you want to turn from your sin, and you want to embrace all that He has for you and your life.

Let Him come and baptize your heart with His fire.

Let Him come and change and rearrange those things that need to be changed in your life.

Let Him make the man or woman that He wants you to be.

Come let Him stir up that fire within you.

Come and let all that pleasure that flows from the fountain of Joy, be found in your life.

Come and let Him change your life forever.

Take time and read His Word, the road map for our daily life, and enjoy the new found life in Him.

"So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness." Romans8:8-10
