Redistribution of Wealth

Ok, today instead of a normal journal entry - I just wanted to pass on something to make one think.

Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read "Vote Obama, I need the money." I laughed.

Once in the restaurant my server had on a "Obama 08" tie, again I laughed as he had given away his political preference--just imagine the coincidence.

When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept.

He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need--the homeless guy outside.

The server angrily stormed from my sight.

I went outside, gave the homeless guy the tip and told him to thank the server inside as I've decided he could use the money more.

The homeless guy was grateful.

At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient deserved money more.

I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.

REDISTRIBUTION OF SOMEONE ELSE'S WEALTH, A GREAT IDEA .............. or just a fools game?

This isn't a presidential campaign of race, it is about our morals.

What do you stand for?

Are you for or against baby killing?

Are you for a president that wasn't even born here?

Does anyone have a conscience anymore?

Has our country really gotten that far away from God?

Our we not one nation under God.

I don't know about you, but the morals of our forefathers have been lost.

Ignorance is the commodity that will cost our country dearly.

God said that he put his laws in our hearts and will write it on our minds.

We will either choose to listen to Him or not.

We all need to take away everything we think based on our own understanding and listen to what God has put inside of us.

Is He your EVERYTHING?

Let go and let God.

This dispensation we are in is soon coming to a close.

Jesus is just waiting for that final signal to come back and take care of business.

The Antichrist is rearing his head.

We as a country need to get back on our knees and ask for forgiveness and start remembering that it is God almighty that is in control of all things.

If you are still undecided, when you go to vote standing there in the booth, ask God who you should vote for.

He will direct you, He will speak to you right there where you stand.

As for me and my house we will serve the Lord!

I propose that we continue to seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness as individuals.

God’s plan has to be completed….whether through McCain or Obama.

His will to be done here on earth!
